Wow. I'm sorry for your loss, TOSam. Sounds like you've been under extreme stress for a short amount of time.
Let me be the first to say that extreme amounts of stress can trigger latent disorders into manifestation, such as thyroid disorder or diabetes. This is not uncommon. I tell you this because what you may be experiencing may not be anxiety. It may be a physiological disorder triggered by the stress.
I would suggest getting your thyroid, adrenals, and inner ears checked. Your GP may just do a across-the-table blood test. They're expensive, but test for your basic chemicals/hormones in your blood.
If you have the money or insurance, you may consider a neurologist since you have neurological problems (some even deal with dizziness), and a cardiologist. An endocrinologist can do thyroid and adrenal specific tests. An otolaryngologist (ENT) can check to see if you have an inner ear disorder.
If you're heck bent on believing it is solely anxiety, you can go to a psychiatrist, as well.
But IMO, your best bet would be to go to a GP, have them do a blood test, then go to specialists from there. It sounds like it's more than anxiety. JMO.
