suffering from anxiety attacks and post traumatic stress for a bit now,in feb this year my cousin was killed outside my house and since i have had these problems.
I was just wondering if there is anyone who can help me try to sort this out.
My doc put me on tabs but they dont seem to work.
please can someone help me.

Karly,

that must have been traumatic for you. What tabs are you on? You probably need to go back to the Doctor and ask for some counceling of some sort. If you dont feel right go back , dont be afraid to ask for more help.
