Head Pressure...REally Fuzzy Gltichy head...please help!!!!!!! - Anxiety Message Board

For the past 10 days I've had a realy bad 24/7 fuzzy feeling in my head, mostly arround the middle area with a little bit of lightheadness and pressure. Could this be caused my anxiety?? When i take a bar of xanax these symptoms virtually go away, and yes I know xanax really calms you down. I hope this will pass and time, if this is anxiety...are there any herbal natural cures available.

I don't get headaches or have history of them, and am not under stress at all. This feeling is awfull and can't see a doctor for 3 weeks. Any help would or insight would be really great. The internet can be vast however vague.

i get this too and every time i try to explain it to my doctor he just looks at me like i'm weird. i get like a weird feeling in my eyes too like they are gonna roll back into my head involunarily, if that makes sense lol.

i think some of it has to do with my neck muscles. i get anxious, and i get tense then my neck gets tight and all the nerves in my head react. the benzo makes it go away because you are relaxing? does that make any sense?

I have had those same symtoms for about the last three weeks.....however, I have been stopping effexor.

When I start to feel like that, I'll take a few "beads" from the lowest dose of effexor and they go away. I feel 100% that it a bit of withdrawl.
