of feeling like this.
i had the chance tonight to hang out with some new people and was with someone i hardly know.. but at least I knew someone.. anyways we had dinner after the event and it was ok.. it had its good moments but throughout the whole thing i was feeling nervous and on edge and awkward and I was so aware of myself and it just left me feeling dumb and like i should never try and be social again because it just makes me feel like bad afterwards.. makes me want to go home and never leave whats comfortable..
my mind goes blank and i think of things to say but then when i say them the words come out all tripping all over themselves and quiet and too fast... ugh
