| Head tingling

Just wanted to know if anybody feels tingling in the head when you turn your head certain way (mostly when you are on the phone and the receiver is between the shoulder and head). I went to my GP and he said that I have a pinched nerve in my C-spine. I also went to my neurologist and begged her to send me for brain MRI (I had one a little more than 2 years ago), but she said the same thing as my GP: pinched nerve and sent me for neck x-ray. Sometimes my neck muscle would tense up and it will give me tingly/crawling feeling through my head. I also have neck pain. But mostly I feel it in certain neck positions. Should I insist on brain MRI? Does anybody else have this problem with tingling?
