Just about every time those babies get washed, they get checked. Actually, it is more like weekly because I have anxiety issues about it since they found fibrocystic disease in my breasts. I also check the lymph nodes in my arm pits and the area up from my breasts to my neck and shoulders.
I figure it cannot hurt to do it more often. I think of it as being pro-active in our health care.
