only buspar? - Anxiety Message Board

Is there anyone who takes only buspar for anxiety/depression and does just fine this way? I currently take buspar and a VERY small dosage of lexapro. I'd love to get off of lexapro and only take buspar. It scares me to do that, but I was wondering if anyone has been successful with only taking buspar. Thanks!

I'm on 7.5mg of Buspar twice a day and 10mg of Lexapro. I started off with 5mg Buspar (2x) and 5mg of Lexapro. Found that I really needed that lexapro. Absolutely love the Buspar due to low side effects. I'm fine using Lexapro long-term if it keeps me well.
