Let's see...I had a list of things I absolutely hated when I was at my worst:
1) Bridges, those big overpass things in particular
2) Escalators
3) Moving walkways
4) Long hallways
5) Interstates
6) Constant fear of a heart attack, lung cancer and all sorts of maladies
And the list goes on and on and on. I finally had to raise the white flag when I realized my anxiety had reached such a constant issue that I could no longer live my life.
I'm still not tackling that huge overpass in my area, but I'm 100% better on the rest. Therapy and appropriate medication.
Talk to your doctor. If he/she won't listen, get another. No reason why you need to live like this.
