For someone who suffers from slight social anxiety.. when the best time to take calcium and magnesium supplements? Over the past couple months I have been taking 600mg calcium and 500mg magnesium together, usually in the afternoon. Doing this has helped immensely in improving my condition. However I heard to increase absorption of both it is better to take them separate at different times of day.
So... I was considering to take the calcium in the morning, then take magnesium at night. Is the best route to take? Or is better to do the reverse, taking calcium at night and take magnesium in the morning? I do not have any problems with sleeping, so that is a non-issue.
