need some advice... - Anxiety Message Board

i a here because i cannot find help anywhere else.....i have been here before but i believe it has been a couple months.....anyways i have been having lots of neck pain....my neck is out of alignment my neck houlder and back hurt.....but i cant get this thought out of my mind that its a brain aneurysm or something like that.....i have had the neck pain for like 2 or 3 weeks......i am just very worried! smetimes my head starts to hurt.....when it was at its worse i could not raise my arm over my head with out pain.........i have not gone into full off anxiety because i am trying to just tell myself that this is just anxiety and not to worry......i was freaking out today at work and came VERY close to having an anxiety attack probably the closest i have been in 2 months.....please if i could get anybodys advice as to what i should feel/do tat would be helpful!

Im no Dr. but I SERIOUSLY doubt it is a brain aneurysm !!! Im almost positive that those come on without warning , like a sudden and severe headache. It sounds like you need a good chirapractor!! I have neck pain alot too, my neck cracks alot. Seeing a chiropractor really helps me. As far as your heart beating fast, im sure its from anxiety. Are you on any meds? When i feel an anxiety attack coming on i take myself into another room, take a few deep breaths, and say to myself over and over " relax, calm down, you are fine, and today is promised to no one" . And if im still felling anxious I might go take one of my anxiety pills. Hope this helps and I hope you find some peace! :-)
