Is your anxiety worse in the morning?
I've noticed my anxiety is always worse in the morning. Some times when I go to bed I feel almost normal.. then the next morning, right when I wake up I get that anxious feeling in my stomach, heart racing, shaky, etc... I don't drink coffee, I take fish oil and a centrum multivitamin every morning. Anyone else get this? If so, what are some things you do to help? (apart from the obvious, like popping a xanax or ativan)
