Heart Attack - Anxiety Message Board

I always feel like I am having a heart attack. Can anyone help me. I am taking Paxil CR 25 mg and also .25 xanex each day. But today I just can not get over the feeling and no one seems to want to help me.

I have had many instances when I swore that I was having a heart attack.Even my arms would feel funny.I had a test ,by drinking some fluid,I believe,and the Dr. said that I had a Hiatal Hernia in my chest and that that was probably my problem.Since that test,I have met men that had this same sensation.I was lucky
that I never had a real heart attack,since I would have ignored it,knowing that my condition mimiced a heart attack.An antiacid dose was my treatment for the

Hi..please know we are always here to help ....I have had panic and anxiety for 18 years and believe it or not i have never had the feeling of a heart attack...but loads of people do...My biggest symptom is a fear of passing out...I feel lightheaded and off balance....I know i was not much help, but just wanted to let u know im here....
