I just started Remeron for anxiety. MD said to take 15 mg at bedtime.
For my 1st time, I took just 7.5 mg at bedtime & slept like a baby for the first time in a year. A bit groggy during the day, but functional.
Feeling safe about this med, I took the full 15mg last night. I woke up constantly - bad nights sleep. Super groggy today.
Won't see MD for 2 more weeks; in the meantime, I dunno if I should just take 7.5 mg, or take the full 15mg ?
I know these meds take time to adjust to - but I hate to be taking more than I need (or more than my body needs/wants!)
Any suggestions/insight? thanks!
