Has anyone noticed a difference between generic manufacturers?

My insurance changed and I now have Mylan pharm supplying my clonazepam, I had Teva in the past and they seem to be slightly different. I understand the actives have to be the same but not the inactives. The Teva's got into my system faster and I felt a stronger feeling of the drug compared to the Mylan one.
