Hi everyone,
Lately I have been having what I think are anxiety attacks. I work in retail and lately I find that when I am in front of people I start to shake and have feelings of faint. I have never had this experience before and it is quite frightening. I feel like I am losing control. I wonder also if it may be menopause as I am 49 years old. All i know is it is really scary when I get shaky and feel nervous and lightheaded. Any ideas thank so much
