Natural Remedies, Teas for anxiety?
What have you guys took for anxiety to help you out. This constricted breathing is bothering me and last night really bad and this morning I have nausea to accompany it. Anything you have used I just really want myself to stop breathing like this and breath normal.

Xanax , or vodka not both .

Xanax if you have script , vodka if no xanax script .

Prayer works too .

I find that peppermint tea helps calm me. It has no caffein and is a natural pain killer (peppermint). Give it a shot.
