Controlling paranoia

Hey everyone. I suffer from a lot of paranoia now because my old computer got hacked over a month ago. I am always feeling paranoid that it is going to get hacked again. The paranoia usually only strikes when I am on the computer and sometimes even when I get off the computer it is hard to calm down. What can I do to control the paranoia? I am seeing both a psychiatrist and a therapist.
