I have this weird tightening of the muscles mostly in my right leg which often makes my leg shake like a tremor. If i consciously relax my muscle in my leg it will stop and when i then start to shake again when i don't intentionally relax. I notice i will shake when i'm stressed or under pressure. If i need to do something in a hurry i will notice tremors begin mostly in my leg. I've been told by my GP it's anxiety so i try to calm myself with breathing techniques but i've learned thru some therapy but don't know if i'm just impatient and it's gotten the best of me or i really have something seriously wrong with me. I keep thinking it's parkinsons but from what i've read doesn't seem so. \
Any thoughts out there? I'm a 52 yr old female, workout daily, am outgoing and have a fairly layed back life. ????? What the heck?
