Muscle Spams...Please Help!!

So, i everyone i was just wonderieng if muscle spams are associated with anxiety and stress. I have had a worrying issues on my mind every since the beginning of the year. I was just wondering if extrememe stress and anxiety can cause muscle spams to occur. I can sometimes feel or even see my muscles jumping. It really has scared the crap out of me. Even when I try to relax it will still do it. Could it be something serious or is it most likely due to stress and anxiety? Please any advice would be great. I just need some opinons Im losing my mind over here!!

Re: Muscle Spams...Please Help!!

Please read my message from My Sore Feet on this subject. I kind of get what you mean by muscle tightening, i feel like i have the same thing in my legs. I try and relax my muscles and can only seem to be able to for a couple seconds then they tense up again and it makes my legs shake. Do you have this same sensation. Doc has said i have anxiety, but who knows. Please respond and read my thread i wrote last week dated 7/28. Thanks.
