Make sure you are healthy before you try this .....

But the next time you have an attack , run , hit a bag ,or do jumping jacks .

With god as my witness - i figured this out on my own , but read a little excert, from a book "when panic attacks " , the doctor had his paint."s do the same thing .

Y ou cannot run , hit a punching bag ,or do jumping jacks while having a heart attack .

Speak to your doctor before you do this , but it will help .

My doctor laughed when i told him what i did , he wanted me to have a stress test , i said "i already did " .

He agreed you cant have a heart attack , and at the same time be running .

I think for some people that would work. Also, sometimes anxiety comes from the fact that we go against our "fight or flight" response. Running it off would probably help. I have panic attacks and anxiety and definitely feel better when I get regular exercise.

I guess I could stop my car and do "Chinese Fire Drill", since driving is usually when mine hits! LOL! But, I will try this!
