Things Are Good

Well it's been like a month since I started taking the Effexxor XR. Things are good, the anticipation of the panic attack seems to have gone by way of the dinosaur. Thank goodness, it was rough there for a while. My synthroid had to be adjusted as well, seems that I was getting too much. Which took me from Hypothyroidism to Hyperthyroidism which as some of you may know is not good for someone who suffers with anxiety disorder. I have tried the Citalopram (celexa) and the remeron and so far I have had the best success with the Effexxor XR (112.5 mg) along with CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy). For those of you still struggling with anxiety I urge you to hang in there it is a tameable beast.
