everything I do see, think, say, act, feel, touch, taste, smell, remember, see etc every second reminds me how I used to do it or a time before when I did the same thing and it makes me want to go back in time
I've had this experience before. It's nothing to be concerned about. Often times I think back and wish that I would've handled x situation different or taken more advantage of y situation. Or sometimes, I will be at work and my mind will drift back to a happier time in my life. Our memory can be both good and bad. Be thankful you have memories and use your past memories to help you build new and better memories in the future.
