I am been going thru to very serious health issues with a family member. I have been a nervous wreck. Lately, when I am walking to and from work I start to get a tingling feeling like I am not going to be able to make it to my destination. The more I think about it the worse it gets. I am beginning to feel frightened to walk in these crowds and don't know how I can combat this. I have to go to work! It isn't like I can just say I will forget it and stay home. Help!!!
