It's been so long since I've had one that I can't remember.
My symptoms are:
-Insomnia (obviously, lol.)
-Random Hot flashes
-Throat feels tight
-My knee is shaking
And it gets better, and then it gets worse><
I feel like I'm gonna die!
Relax and take some deep breaths. You are not dying or going to die. I know it feels horrible but just keep remembering you are fine and this is just anxiety.
Get out for a walk and some fresh air to take your mind off things. Have a nice warm bath.
If this keeps up, go see your doctor for a quick check up to make sure it is not anything else (minor thyroid condition for example).
