I am sorry to hear about your struggles; Igood thing about yourself is you do not have a history of drug or alcohol abuse, consult a therapist, but you can cease yourself from thinking about it
It is really dreadful to think about something like this forever, I can relate such things because . It´s a sign for me that something ishould be off and you should rest the mind.
Meditation and relaxation could serve you as well.Try to set it out of your head by constituting the word Stop! Instead, attempt to think of something beautiful like a holiday you took or a place you enjoy. It takes a while to practise it, but you will.
