Questions...!

I been suffering from sever anxiety . Has anyone ever had it affect your nerves ? Mine are bad . When I wake up I'm fine but during the day I start shaking and my heart starts racing I get very anxious for no reason. I've had 2 ekgs and blood work an all came back fine along with cat scans and chest ex rays everything has been fine also but I stii have in my head something is wrong they put me on Paxil 20 mg but I had bad reaction to them so I refuse to take them and this was back in October Im getting on Medicade to go see a doctor to see what can be done...I just started sleeping well at night and I've some what learned to deal with my attacks but the constant shaking is 24/7 and the heart paulpitations are more constant. Hate the fact my heart will start racing for no reason.

Any advice will help thanks to this board I've learned a lot and how to cope with some of the symptoms

Re: Questions......!

ask your doctor for a b12 shot, your body might be exhausted and depleted from the chronic anxiety.

Re: Questions......!

unfortunately hard pill vitamins do not really absorb. Need powder or liquid. b12 subingual. the shot inject right into your blood stream and works, definetely gets absorbed cause its injected right in. good luck.
