Hey everyone this is my first post on the anxiety boards.
I have had mild anxiety for 3 or 4 years now. Nothing overwhelming except 2 panic attacks >>> caused by too much caffeine. And quite a bit of worrying..
I've talked to my doctor and told her this same thing and told her I don't want to be on any meds since I'm stubborn and believe I can deal with it myself. But lately it's getting out of hand..

I will leave that for another post
Now let me get to the point here for the past couple of years I have had an achy feeling. Uncomfortable, like my the nerves right under my skin are hurting(not a deep pain). For example when I start to think about the couch I'm sitting on lots starts to hurt, or my clothes will start to hurt me. Like having a fever. This isn't super intense pain, but it is bothersome.
I was just wondering if this could possibly be some rare symptom of anxiety or nerves?
Recently: (about 3-4 months now) I have been getting electric wave like shocks down my neck in my head.
<< my doc put my on gabapentin and said it was nerve pain. I've heard this could be a symptom of anxiety also???
Let me know if any of y'all experience this or have any advice..
