anxiety? please helpp !

so lately ive been having anxiety symptoms.. i dotn feel at ease a lot, <edit> and can you just randomly develop anxiety? im 17 and i actually just came back from the doctor, i was getting a check up and i was shaking and i figured it was just cause im nervous.. and he told me it was anxiety.. and then just continued on with the check - up i even told him i feel like aim gonna have a heart attack sometimes, and he didnt say anything. is it noraml for him to brush something like that off, or could it be because he doesnt wanna put me on medication at this age?

Thumbs up Re: anxiety? please helpp !

Helllo there, amberx0.. man! just know it is allll in your head.. I am 19 and have the same problem, or have had for awhile.. and I can almost kick it but.. Supposedly we only use 10% of our brain power.. and the anxiety uses a tad bit more.. just to mess with us .... dang mean..

The first and best way to take out the anxiety, man.. is a very cold shower.. You can either just do your face, or your whole body - supposedly ice showers/cold showers help circulation.. and willl wake you up out of the dumb-anxiety state-of-mind .. pain, no matter how crazy, helps very welll... shooting pain-suppressing, happy hormones .. instead of the anxiety causing one ...

Re: anxiety? please helpp !

Hi Amber,
My experience with doctors is that some are compassionate and caring, and others really don't care about you at all. They don't have to go home with your anxiety and they certainly do not understand how you feel. I hope you feel better soon and I am so sad to hear of someone so young experiencing these things.
