Post My hands are shaking When I want to speak or do something in public places

My hands starts to shake When I want to speak or do something in public places and specially when I feel I am in the center of attention and people are looking at me I come out of this situation and the shake stops suddenly, I hate it and really feel shameful of the shakiness of my hands,I just cant find any way to stop it

This is absolutely normal. The best you can do is to ignore it. The more you concenrate on it the worse it gets. Distract yourself the best you can.

Re: My hands are shaking When I want to speak or do something in public places

It's possible that others don't even notice how nervous you feel. The rule I learned about speaking in public, was to nod to one side politley, while saying to oneself, "the heck with you", and then nod to the other side, and say, "the heck with you, too". Ultimately, how important are they? They're just a bunch of people like you. The number one fear in adults is speaking in public.

Who is out there? Queen Elizabeth? All she has to do is wave the royal wave. Even she would probably understand.

You could try taking a beta blocker. They work very well for some people.
