on generic lexapro (escitalopram) feel weird!
I was on regualr lexapro for years but went off due to pregnancy, I never had side effects. I just started 5mg of generic and feel anxious and shaky. I am on day 2. Anyone else feel like this when they started? Kinda want to stop. It has been almost 4 years since I have taken a med and my anxiety is getting the best of me!

HI,

I was the SAME way. For about a week or two and it got much better. That is normal. Just your body adjusting to it. Yes it can be nerve racking, but will pass.

Thank you! so scary going back on meds. I appreciate your response. With my anxiety I tend to be negative and read all the bad side effects!
