For as long as I remember I've had a nervous stomach. And lately they've been happening a lot more which causes me to not eat a lot since I feel so nauseated all the time. Does anyone have any tips on how to alleviate it when they come? I tried ginger pills but they made my stomach just burn and give me heartburn.
Have you tried a daily probiotic? Also you could try DGL tablets before eating my personal favorite is Nattokinase twice daily I started taking it years ago for slightly high blood pressure but found it really helps keep my stomach settled down. Good Luck
