Re: Therapy question.
Non-professional advice is free; professional advice (by definition) is not. I've been in therapy for anxiety for about 3 years, which has cost me a lot. I have felt during that time, if I'm paying for advice, and I'm asked a question the answer to which might send the therapist I'm paying in a certain direction for my particular situation, I wouldn't want to give false answers. Also because I sincerely want that help. And if I needed to unload, my trained therapist would be the person to unload onto. Just my opinion, and I wish you the very best.
