Question Thanks

Waking up late night or morning

and I have to talk to my husband about stuff that worries me.

Its hurting my marriage and family life.

Not sure how I'm going to keep my mouth shut until the appropriate time. My husband would listen fine if I could hold off a few hours.

Maybe you could try writing your worries down in a journal so you can share them with your husband at a later time when you are both awake?

Are you talking about the same worries over and over? If you find yourself being plagued by repeated worrisome thoughts it might be OCD related (also an anxiety disorder). Whether it is or not it sounds like talking to a medical health professional would be a good idea.
