AndrewS,
I have the same thing. I have had anxiety for over 20 years, the trembling/twitching started about 6 months ago, and has gotten much better after Zoloft and xanax, but has yet to fully go away. I do find the less I think about it, the less I feel it. I have had almost a full week where it hasn't bothered me at all. I know how hard it can be NOT to think about it, when the trembling is a constant reminder. But if you can, try to dismiss the trembling as nothing that will harm you, and put it in the back of your mind immediatly. Then go on with whatever you were doing. If you have been to a doctor, and they have ruled out all the bad stuff, then believe them! Your mind is a powerful thing, and can bring you some very undersirable physical symptoms. Also, read Dr. Claire Weekes book "hope and help for your nerves" It will help you to understand and deal with your symptoms, and ultimately heal them!
Best wishes!
Kim
