Post nightmares stress???
hi i need help today i had really bad dreams last night and woke up this morning more stressed then ever could this be stress? i have nightmares all the time ... and when i wake up i'm really really stressed out to the point were my day is terrible cause i keep thinking about my nightmares ... pls help thanks ,,
