It's hard to say. You'd think that it would be easier for you, but medicines affect individuals differently even at different periods in their lives. In other words, you were able to go without medicines and suffered no side effects now, but in a year, if you tried to do the same thing, you might have some side effects. It's really up-in-the-air. Ask your pharmacist about it while you're there... he/she may have some kind of answer for you.
P.S. I hope the delay in medication refills was a one-time occurrence for you? The body is easily confused when medicines are stopped and started or doses are skipped, so try to avoid doing this. You probably already knew this.... Anyway, good luck with your medicines!
