please, anyone else have constant episodic hiccups? - Anxiety Message Board

I have hiccupps for at least twenty minutes up to six times a day. They come in episodes every month and last a few days it is crazy does anyone else do this I know I have to be the only one everytime I tell someone they look at me like I am crazy.

I don't have that problem really. I did growing up though. In the middle of doing anything, I would hiccup for a bit then it would just go away. I learned to make them go away- by gulping in air everytime I feel another coming. Now I have random hiccups. I hiccup a few times every few hours and it just stops. People laugh, I laugh, it's all fine and dandy. Hope this problem for you goes away, hiccups can be painful at times!!!
