O.K. made it thru day 5 with not too many problems. I had about 3 cravings thru out the day and they lasted a whole 5 minutes each or so. I found if I ate something when the cravings started, and immediately started to do something to keep me busy...the cravings went away. I sure need to gain the weight...all of my shorts are just hanging off of me and they are size 3!!!! NOT GOOD I am gonna go to GNC and look into some type of weight-gain shakes or something. We spent the day at the lake and was on our boat tubing and wake-boarding alllllllll day. We just got home and i gave the baby a quick bath and he is sleeping!!! OHHHHHHHH and we found a gorgeous new condo today for about $400.00 cheaper a month than what we pay now. And we move in August 1st. It will be much more affordable. And it is on 3 acres of land so the kids can even ride our quad right in the yard. Things are going too good.......but i'll take it!!! Monday we meet with my husband's lawyer concerning his sentencing and to see if by some miracle the prosecuter has changed her mind. Well that's enough blabbing from me......how is everyone else's weekend going??????? I haven't even read any posts yet......IT IS A FULL MOON TONIGHT!!!!!! LOL Hope everyone is well

Hi Lisa
YEE HAW to you! Sounds like a fun day and a happy one for you.
Mine is filled with anxiety once again over this business with my tongue, I have seriously even thought of making out a list of all the things I have that are precious to me to give to the special people in my life. Don't mean to bum you out, but that is how my weekend has gone so far.
I am glad you are feeling better, thanks for letting me vent.

Take care http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Yea, sounds like you and your family had a real good day, one thing I have found that really helps me get my mind off the pills is going to the lake just like you said you did, we do the same thing here and I really forget about the pills when my mind is on fun things like yall were doing!!! good for you!!!!!

Okay everyone say....Lake...gooood,....pills...baaad http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
Just a little humor. I have also been going to the lake alot more since getting clean. It has been hot the last month(right now pretty good weather at about 92 today) so we have been taking the Sea-Doos out and last week we took the boat out and also went tubing. Lisa...if you were tubing you know how you get so tired from holding on for dear life...my arms were like jello, but that night was the first night I slept decent in a looong time...so hopefully you will get a good nights rest.

Vicki...can I ask what the Dr. diagnosed you having in your mouth that has been giving you problems...if that is too personal I understand. Did they put you on any sort of medication...anti-biotic or anti-fungal? Just slapme if I am gettin personal http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hi Tim
My GP put me on nystatin, she told me I don't think it is thrush, but use it and if it helps then great, she also refered me to a dentist that will do a biopsy, that appointment is in August. My GP said the word luekoplakia, which I already knew was a pre-cancerous condition.
I had another dental appointment on Thursday and he said it looks better than when he saw me a month ago, he said do what your GP told you, which was take the medicine for a week, which Friday was one week.
I get up yesterday and the one spot feels dry and sandpapery again. I went ahead and started the nystatin again.
My husband told me it still looks better than it did and to quit looking in the mirror every 5 minutes!
I suffer a little bit of anxiety anyway, so this situation does not help.
Sorry this got so long.
Tim, thanks for asking http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
