I need some serious help here! I desperately want to quit but these w/d's are bad (as I'm sure ya know!) My question is it beneficial to take the histussin hc for a week and then go cold turky so my body adjusts more slowly to a lower dose of hydro-(before i took 10/500-20+ a a day).If you could help I would really appreciate it! Histussion is liquid hydrocodone. As far as I know it is the same as vicoden just used for cough. It has been my experience that liquid, narcotic cough medicines are strong than a vicoden. In fact, it has been my experience that liquid cough medicine is the "bomb" high and can go for as much as $100 per bottle where I live. I have never been higher than when I took Histussion. Don't be fooled by the name. It still has a narcotic in it and will only prolong the withdrawals. Good luck! My prayers are with you!
