???, I am having an arthroplasty done. The OMFS is doing a fat graft to help prevent build up of adhesions and ankylosis. I will try anything to prevent this build up from coming back. What if any has anyone experienced from this? lisa

Arthoplasty can also cause problems with your jaws. Any surgical intervention can produce scar tissue and adhesions. Since you already have adhesions, what makes the OS think this is going to stop it??? I would think twice and listen to your own advice.
