does anyone feel like they have a lump in throat behind tonsil where you get post nasal drip?i get blocked eustachian tubes and ringing ears and the doc said its sinus but i ave had it for over 5 months...i hink i have labrinith but im not sure
i get dizzy off balance and this all started afterthroat infection,,,,,also it seems connected to my jaw somehow.....my jaw aches and feels tight could this be tmj?

It can be tmj related. Spasm and trigger points in the pharyngeal (throat) muscles can cause that lump in the throat feeling and also symptoms of constant throat clearing, chronic sore throat and difficulty swallowing.
The pterygoid muscles, which are involved in chewing and moving the jaw side to side, can cause the blocked eustachian tube and tinnitus symptoms.
If a medical examination has ruled out other causes a neuromuscular therapist or other soft tissue practitioner trained in massage of the tmj muscles may be able to give you relief.
