I woke up with ache muscles and I was kinda depressed...I

Have you considered taking an anti-depressant? What medications are you taking now? I'm not neccesarily saying this because you need it for your mood. Certainly pain can make you depressed and that is not your fault. But, if you are having headaches, a carefully chosen anti-depressant could help those while taking the edge of the depression. That's been my opinion, I am currently on Lexapro and I believe that it's improved the quality of my life dramatically.
Are you on a muscle relaxant at night? What about during the day? You could talk to your doc about something like Skelaxin, which is made to be taken during the day so it does not cause drowsiness.

Hi,
Every morning I feel like I am 80 and I am only 23! :eek: My muscles always feek sore, when I wake up all though the day and night! I am not sure what causes this but good old TMJ. TMJ really affects every part of our body. I know how you feel, I can just feel my muscle throbbing right now. :(
