Hey everyone!!!
I was wondering if when you rub your ears if you can hear noises? My husband can not hear my noises but I constantly have crunching noises when I rub them. My accupressure can feel my noises but she can not hear them either. If you hear this how can you convince others that the noise is really there? It is like that old question: If a tree falls in the middle of the desert and nobody hears it does it make a sound?

Oh Heather, I had that happen last night. Also, my ears have a creeking sound from my jaw LOL it's like an old rusty door hinge!! :) You know, the doc that I saw used a stethascope to listen to my jaw. Maybe that might help??? To prove that you are NOT just hearing things :D

Hey Heather,

Fear not...others hear the noises too! :D I've been hearing them on and off for years. They range from the ocean sounds to saranwrap crinkling...kind of makes you crazy when they happen doesn't it?

My husband laughs at me. There are times when I say 'What?' and he hasn't said anything! DUH!

It does calm down some when the swelling is reduced...it isn't as bad after my surgery and it seems to be getting better every day...have no fear we share in the indignity with you! :)

Take care,
Jennifer
