I've gotta do some work (I'm at the office), but I'll post back in 1/2 an hour or so.

How are you feeling? Remember, it's that weird time of day for the body. I usually hit some coffee and some gatorade (yes, I AM an unwell individual).

I was reading one of your psots on another thread about getting around our kids again. I had about 2 years off of drugs (before I got in a car accident, but that'll be explained on the other thread) and my kids finally new that when Dad said he was coming at a certain time, HE WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO BE THERE! My relationship with them is great, even though they now live pretty far away with my ex (they're in Tampa, FL). It kills me that I didn't spend more time with them while they were close (I was using at the time), but the past is the past.

Anyway, gotta run. See you in a bit ...

no waitstaff today....so im waitin on tables while my honey bunny cooks breakfast and lunch...ill do the dinner shift till we close at 8:00....i usually run in the office and check whats goin on if im not busy...summer business is kinda slow here in florida and from sept. to may im busy...id dont always post but i keep up on you guys everday...its good therapy for me since i work everday besides Wednesdays im closed here at the cafe...lotsa love....the chef......ps...keep up the good work

Okie, OK got my ID unlocked and and the situation resolved. Doing ok will post later as soon as I'm done mowing the lawn lol

Hello all!! Still here and still kicking. Real PI$$ed at my docs secretary right now. My wife got a call Monday for a job interview on the 21st----1400kms away. Went in person to ask for my prescription refill early as I would run out while gone. Went in today to see if it was ready---she said se'd call tonight as his office is closed tomorrow--the day we are leaving. She never even gave him the message---I'll bet money on it. The docs wife works there as a doctor also tomorrow--with the same secretary---she isn't gonna be happy when I am finished with her.
Sorry bout the rant----take care and see you in 2 weeks or so.

Whew!!! I was wondering about you guys....I've been at the beach this evening,aaahhhhh that's the life I want....sittin back in my beach chair with my shades,pepsi and a good book with a cool breeze blowing through my hair!! Hubby walking along the shore with the 4 kids.........this is too awesome...I hope everything keeps going this good......for all!!!!! Thank-you all for posting...I gotta keep an eye out for my new family ya know!!!!!! A BIG OKIE HUG FOR YOU!!!!!

Pamela, that’s such good news you are doing so well, aint life grand without drugs. It only gets better. I'm with you I love the beach. I was up in Maine last week, above Booth Bay, not much for beach but it is very nice up there, kind of a break from the heat and humidity of H-Town. Glad all are doing well.

WoW!! it's nice to know people care! It's just I feel like I will never have a normal life, or what's left of it?
There was just too much stuff going on, and I kinda broke(not meaning used)mentally and of course the phyical pain. It's getting tough to bear, and being I have no "friends" around here(oh there's plenty of them jagoff's trying to pull me in, my mind has already been set and I have no problems saying NO! 'cuz
they ain't no friends of mine!! I imagine it's the hermit thing. I just don't feel like going anywhere??

I guess too many bad things too soon(got pulled over 2 nights in a row, and they stole some of my meds and all my stomach aid)Probably twisted one right after I left! And, they were the 2 days before my B-day.

What are the stomach problems? Is it from taking all the meds? I have heard alot of people say it really messes them up. I so know what you mean by no friends.....it really is depressing! People just don't socialize or really give a flip about others anymore..I've seen several times where they don't even know their freakin neighbor or care to! Now ,geez thats enough to scare you!! I really don't understand it.But you have US!! (you lucky lil devil!) Hey and guess what...I'm still clean!! Can you believe it....remember how whiney I was (still am!) I sooo don't ever want to go through that again! What is longest you've ever been clean and how did you do it? But....... I'm 27!!!! Ive been fighting opiates since I was 16.
I was completley clean(before meth+sub), I really just cut myself off from everyone. But slowly, I alway's went back.
I no longer talk to anyone in this area, except my stomach med guy http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif It get's old!!
On meth, I had 3 years w/ nothin' but meth, and w/ suboxone, it's been 4+ months.

the suboxone works great-no cravings!! after 7 yrs of nonstop use, 2 O.D's(accidental), I got on meth.......
but now I wouldn't go back to the meth again(and w/ all
the strenghth, nomatter how much, I won't go back to ANYTHING!)
