will a wisdom tooth coming inaffect my tmj treatment i get my splint tommorow

Yes, I would think that it would. Presumably, your splint is designed to cover "existing" teeth. So, if a wisdom tooth begins to erupt, it would "throw your splint off", as there wouldn't be a spot for it in the splint.

Maybe the wisdom tooth coming in has a connection with your TMJ. Check with your dentist/specialist who made your splint.
