I had to go for splint adjustments, and it seems to me like everyone has to. As the splint it working, it causes your mouth to shift and the splint needs to be ground off in areas that are making too much contact.

For me it is strange because I can tell when it is "off"
How long have you been wearing your splint and has it helped?

When I wore my splint, I went for adjustments once a month for a year. Occasionally, I had to go more often if it wasn't "quite right" after an adjustment.
