Has anyone experieneced burning gums along with TMJ? Can someone tell me what is going on?

Hi,
I'm new to the TMJ board, too, and I have burning gums, along with other pain. I still trying to find a dentist/doctor for treatment who takes my dental insurance and understands TMJ.

All my TMJ stuff is being filed under my medical insurance not my dental.
When I called my dental insurance and asked what they covered for TMJ they said it was under medical.
