A few months ago, Marlene posted info on state regulations regarding insurance coverage for TMJ treatment. The information was from the American Dental Association, Department of State Government Affairs. I tried to get into this section of their web site to look up my state (Massachusetts), but it's an ADA members-only feature. Marlene, do you (or does anyone else) know how to get access to this information if you're a patient and not an ADA or ASDA member?

Thanks.

Sorry, I don't know how to gain access there either (as a patient). If I find any info on your state, I'll post.

I found the info (as of 5/2/03) about state laws regarding insurance coverage for TMJ in case anyone is interested:
http://www.tmjoints.org/policy/TMJState.htm

Unfortunately for me, my state has no provision. :(
