Hi Meter,

I just read your post before about suffering for 3 years and now things are good for you. I would like to ask what treatments are you doing/done?

Thanks,
Jill

I wore a night guard (a hard one on my bottom teeth) and I did a LOT of stretching. Dr. Paul Cohen of Cherry Hill taught me the exercise that helped my disc return to the right place. He would have made the night guard for me, but my dentist was cheaper, so he spoke to my dentist and told him exactly how to make it(my dentist had previously made a night guard for me which offered no help). I get a massage every six weeks and my massage therapist concentrated on that area for over one year. I clench my teeth, so I practiced the saying "lips together, teeth apart, from this position I do not part". I stayed away from crunchy foods even on good days and to this day will not bite into an apple or corn on the cob. I wish you lots of luck, hang in there and things will improve.
