Hi everyone.

I think I may have acquired a new symptom this evening. Tonight my whole left hand started tingling. Kinda like it was asleep, but not exactly. I know some of you get this. Is it constant? When it happens, does anything make it better? I really didn't need something else to worry about. :(

Thanks for any input.

Oh darn TC, shoot and all that stuff. As I understand it is because muscles are so unhappy, all tight that they kind of play with the nerves sometimes. Can you call your chiro by any chance?
Oh TC, Big, Big hugs,
Diane

Diane,

You truly are a gem. I can't call the Chiro as he is gone until Monday. The tingling has stopped for now, I am just afraid it is going to get more and more frequent. I have a new bite on my splint and chiro adjustments--shouldn't I be getting better, not worse? I am sore in the traps, but I've felt that before from working out. (I didn't workout this time.) Except for the real tenderness in my left breast, which I am hoping is just a strange hormonal coincidence, I haven't had any unusual muscular symptoms. I can't remember...did you ever have this?

Thanks :)
TC

Hey there ((((((TC))))))
Oh, I just care about you friend. :D
Yes TC I think you should be feeling some changes for the better by now with the chiro and then yes, you would think so with the new adjustment to the splint.
Okay, what kind of work outs do you do TC? That might be part of the problem. But I have a funny feeling that splint has put your muscles in a fit :-(
Oh TC, I have had so many symptoms. I use to get tingly stuff running down my arm but just attributed to my jewelry work, until of course I found out I had TMJD. Traps area can be be very very sore. The traps are very much effected by all of this TMJD stuff. The sore breast, you know I use to get that, but always thought it was hormone stuff, now I wonder... hmmm.....
TC, you take it easy, sip some nice hot tea, go for a quiet walk, then take a nice hot bath. We all need that from time to time. Hugarooneys!

Diane,

Hey, thanks again. I forgot to mention BioResearch wan't the place my dentist trained. I think it is just a place that makes an ULF TENS unit and other equipment. :) The sad thing is I was starting to think it was possible my headaches were getting a tiny bit better and then all these new things!! I still have been feeling like I'm getting a headache some, but sometimes if I sit down and lay my head back for a few minutes it lets up. I don't know if this means it is related to the neck, something else, or what. I'm not getting my hopes up, trust me. I know better than that.

Thanks so much for the insight. Say hi to everyone for me.

TC,

Geez....I come back here, and you've got new symptoms 'brewing'. :(
I'm sorry to hear this. If it's any consulation, I've had similar experiences before. Once in awhile, I'll get a tingling-type feeling in one of my hands, and my fingertips will be numb. It'll last most of the day, then just completely disappear. I've never really attributed it to anything, (other than too much time spent on the computer) until I started doing all this research for my son....alot of these symptoms seem to go hand-in-hand. Mention this to your dentist at your next appt. How's your day been otherwise? Try not to let this get to you....just let him know, and TC, keep your chin up. You WILL get better.
Take Care,
Cheryl

Cheryl,

Thank you so much. It's good to know it is not a constant thing. It is ok now, but feels like it could go all tingly again anytime. Ok, that sounded kinda funny. :) I'll try to be more optimistic, I really will. Thanks so much for the support. I know you guys know how much you mean to me. :) You ladies are really special.

I have been really tired today so I think I'll turn in. Arleen, Navy, Diane, everyone, if you are reading this hope you have a peaceful night's sleep--and no clenching or grinding!! :)
Hugs,
TC
